CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. If there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge the 100% of the scheduled services to your account. No-show fee is required to be paid before rebooking. Please communicate with us, and we can always reschedule if an emergency comes up.
