CANCELLATION POLICY

Our stylists’ time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred: 24 hours or more in advance—no fee Less than 24 hours in advance—20% of the cost of services booked No-shows—100% of the cost of services booked Please just communicate with us and we can always reschedule if an emergency comes up.
